Reset Calendars and Reminders Privacy to Allow Data to Appear in Blotter

Sometimes you might accidentally decline access to your Calendar or Reminders when installing Blotter. If that happens your Blotter will not populate and will show as blank. Running the attached application will allow you to reset the privacy settings so Blotter can see your Events and Reminders.

Blotter doesnt have access to my reminders and calendars anymore. Even after I used the app behind the link. Officially there should by access. But in the settings it also doesnt show the calendars to choose.

    What could it be ?

    Thanks in advance !

Hello! I'm having trouble getting blotter to synch with REMINDERS so I have a current TO DO list on the desktop. I'm unsure which reminders calendar is accessed by BLOTTER. Restarting doesn't seem to work. Anything to try?

Hi, I've run the application to reset privacy for both Calendars and Reminders but unfortunately my reminders are still not showing up, I've restarted my Mac but still nothing appears in the "To Do" window on Blotter, any idea how to fix this?

    Shelly,

Do you have a better resolution to the one you suggested? It appears that multiple people are having the same issue, even after performing the download/update you suggested. I even contacted Apple tech support today and ended up with no resolution. Purchased the app in late Aug, 2019. Used it for about 2 months before updating computer to Catalina. And now I have a nonfunctional app w/o the option for a refund. I have also sent Blotter an email about a month ago w/o a reply. Im frustrated. Can you help?

The above works for me with Calendars, but doesn't work for Reminders.

It should be noted that the above app will blow out ALL CALENDAR and REMINDER settings not just the ones associated with Blotter.

Same for me, Reminders won't show up even after running the reset-application.

Seems to be some issue with Catalina...

Has anyone had any communication back from developer about this issue with reminders?

Still no reply from the developer and I posted my original complaint back in November, truly shocking customer service.

Apple changed the Reminders app a while ago and the developer here still hasn’t updated the app to use the new API.

The most disconcerting thing is that Apple is still selling the app on their App Store even after bringing this issue to their attention. Apple wouldn't give me a refund. Apple is not holding the developer accountable either

If purchased via the App Store then we should all start leaving negative reviews highlighting the problem! Perhaps that will get the developers attention and actually reply and fix the problem.

July 17, 2020 REMINDERS stoped working.

Left a 1 star review, hopefully grabbing the developer's attention.

I can't get it to show any calendars.  Disappointing that I didn't read all these comments.
